ALUK systems

A European aluminium systems group headquartered in Luxembourg, with a branch in Dubai since 2011 serving the GCC countries. That regional presence is the practical case for the brand rather than any single feature of the profile — the system is supported in the same time zone as the building it is fitted into. The ranges run from window and door sections up to curtain walling, so one elevation can be drawn in a single family. We fabricate and install them to ALUK's specification with our own crews.

Why choose aluminium windows?

  • Aluminium window profile cross-section with three EPDM seal contours highlighted in red

    Durable EPDM seals

Three contours of EPDM seals keep the glass off the aluminium and close the gap between sash and frame, so dust, humid salt air and wind-driven rain stay outside.

  • Aluminium window profile cross-section with a foamed thermal insert highlighted

    Foamed thermal inserts

Foamed inserts fill the profile chambers and stop air circulating inside them, so less outside heat and street noise passes through the frame into the cooled room.

  • Aluminium window profile cross-section with polyamide thermal breaks highlighted

    Polyamide thermal breaks

Glass-filled polyamide thermal breaks up to 40 mm wide keep the outer and inner shells apart, so the frame holds its shape and its insulation through a UAE summer.

  • Aluminium window profile with an energy-efficient double glazing unit highlighted

    Energy-efficient double glazing

Double glazing up to 60 mm thick puts a sealed gap of still air or gas between the hot street and the cooled room, so less heat crosses the glass into the room.

Frequently asked questions

It matters at two moments, and neither of them is the day you choose the window. The first is the order: a question about a section, a finish or a delivery date gets answered in your own working hours instead of waiting on Europe. The second is years later, when a handle breaks or a gasket has perished — with a system supported inside the region that is a parts request rather than an import project. Everything in between looks the same on any brand.

The ranges reach curtain walling, so the system is not the constraint. What decides a tower job is the wind-load calculation for that height and that elevation, the fixing detail back into the slab, and the glass build-up — and those are engineering answers, not brand answers. We produce the calculation and put it in front of you before any profile is ordered.

Colour, yes — by RAL powder coating or by an anodised finish chosen against a sample on site. Sightlines are the harder part: frame face widths differ between systems houses, and on an elevation where old and new sit side by side the difference is visible. On a partial replacement we measure and photograph the existing frames first, then tell you plainly how close the match will get before you commit.

We do, and that is deliberate. The systems house supplies the system; the survey, the fabrication, the fitting, the sealing and the final adjustment are ours, carried out by our own crews across all seven Emirates rather than passed to a subcontractor. It means the person who signs the handover is from the same company you can call back.
