Our crews are employed rather than hired job by job, and that is the entire reason the fitting standard holds from Dubai to Fujairah. We take on installers who can set a frame square and seal it properly, surveyor-engineers who can read an opening and a wind load, fabricators who are at home on a crimping bench, and managers who would rather explain a glazing choice than perform a discount. If you know windows and you are tired of being sent to sites with the wrong units, this is a different arrangement.

Frequently asked questions

Send us what you have actually done — the systems you have fitted or measured, the kind of properties, and how long you have been on the tools in the UAE. Photographs of finished work say more than a formatted CV, and for installers they are the first thing we look at.

It helps a great deal, mainly because heat, sand and building rules here change how the work is done rather than what it is called. A strong fitter from elsewhere picks it up quickly; someone who has never sealed an aluminium frame will not, whatever the market.

Rarely, and never for standard installation work — the reason our fitting is consistent is that the crews are ours. For unusual scopes such as rope access or specialist lifting we do bring in specialists, but responsibility for the opening stays with our own team.

Varied, and physically demanding. A week can move from a villa in Arabian Ranches to an occupied flat in Marina to a phased handover on a tower, and the crew that takes the old frames out is the crew that seals, adjusts and hands over. The tidy part matters as much as the technical part: people remember the state their home was left in.
