Advantages of working with us

In-house production
Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.

Room measurement
After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.

Delivery of products
We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.

Installation on site
A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.

Guarantee
The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.

Service
Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

Frequently asked questions
Yes — supply-and-fit packages as well as single flats. For contract work we issue shop drawings and material submittals, price per unit type so repeated layouts stay comparable, and build to the main contractor's programme rather than our own. If the package is phased, each phase gets its own delivery date in writing.
It depends on the height and the system. On villas and low floors we work from the ground or a scaffold; in towers most of the installation is done from inside the room, which is why tilt-and-turn and inward-opening sashes get specified so often here. Where outside access genuinely is needed, our rope access team handles it instead of hiring a cradle.
Manufacturing is three to five weeks from the approved drawing, and that clock does not start until you have signed it. Installation is quoted in working days once we have counted and measured the openings, because a flat with six windows and a villa with a full elevation are not the same job. Both dates go into the quote, not into a conversation after the deposit.
Yes. The fitting and sealing we carry out is covered by our own warranty. The system manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium profile only; glazing units and hardware sit under our warranty. We do not print one blanket figure on the website because the term differs by system and by what was supplied — it is written into your contract, and a service contract for scheduled maintenance can be added to it.
