Glass unit replacement
A misted or cracked unit is remade to the original specification in our Dubai factory and swapped into the frame that is already there, so the profile, the finish and the opening stay exactly as they were.

Hardware adjustment
Handles, hinges, rollers and locks drift out of true as a building settles and dust works into the mechanism. We adjust and replace hardware on our own installations; other contractors' windows go to our repair brand.

Seal replacement
Sun and heat harden the gasket long before the profile shows any age, and a hard seal is what lets dust and driven rain past. We refit the sash with the gasket the system was designed around, not a universal strip.

In-house production
Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.

Room measurement
After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.

Delivery of products
We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.

Installation on site
A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.

Guarantee
The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.

Service
Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

As a rule, no. We service the systems we manufacture, where the parts are known. For other brands we refer you to windowrepair.ae, the repair company in the same group.
No, and nothing applied to either face will reach it. Misting means the perimeter seal of the sealed unit has failed and moisture is now inside the cavity. The unit itself is remade and exchanged, while the frame, the hardware and the finish stay in place.
Less time than the profile does. Direct sun and a summer design temperature of 46°C, with peaks above 50°C, age rubber faster than a temperate climate, and the south- and west-facing elevations go first, so the same building can need one facade done and not another. On a service visit the gaskets are checked and replaced by condition rather than by a date.
It can be discussed. A maintenance agreement for the whole property would set the visit schedule and the response time in writing; without one, visits are arranged job by job.
