Our production
The workshop is in Dubai, not overseas: bar profiles arrive by the length and leave as finished units with the glass already in. Cutting, corner crimping, drainage milling, gasket fitting and glazing all happen under one roof, which is why a non-standard opening is a drawing here rather than a special order. We are not a licensee of any European system — we buy the systems we fabricate with, and we name the one used in your drawing so you always know what is being fitted.

We produce
Curtain walls, structural and semi-structural glazing, ventilated and cassette facades. The system carries its own weight and the wind load of a tall building, and the glass line stays unbroken across the elevation.
Canopies, balustrades, railings and pool fencing, where glass is carried by an aluminium or steel frame. The load goes through the metal, the glass stays transparent.
Frameless glazing, spider systems, skylights and roof lanterns — everything built so the frame disappears and only the glass is read.
Office and glass partitions, sliding and smart-glass systems. They divide a floor without walls: light passes through, noise does not.
Glazed structures with a fire-resistance rating for escape routes and openings between fire compartments.

Profile finish and coating options
Powder coating in any shade of the RAL palette; the colour is confirmed against a physical sample at the survey.
Anodising builds an oxide layer on the profile itself, so the colour belongs to the metal rather than to a film on top of it and cannot peel.
Wood-grain and stone-effect finishes are transferred onto the powder coating. The profile keeps the strength of aluminium and never needs repainting.

Frequently asked questions
No, and realistically nobody fabricating windows does. Profile systems are bought from their manufacturers together with the gaskets, thermal bars and hardware they were designed around. What we make is the window: cutting, corner crimping, drainage, glazing, hanging and sealing all happen in our Dubai workshop.
No, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. We fabricate with the systems we buy and we name the system in the drawing. A licence would change the sticker on the profile, not the way a unit is cut, glazed and adjusted — and that part is ours to get right.
It changes the cost structure rather than simply adding to it: the local Gulfex profile comes with no freight, container or customs step in the middle of your schedule. Imported systems, such as Cortizo from Spain, take longer to arrive, and their lead time is stated in the quote. Either way the price follows the profile system, the glazing make-up and the hardware, which is why we quote from a drawing and not from a list.
The workshop that built it holds the drawing, so a service visit starts from a known specification instead of a guess. In most cases the fix is a gasket, a hinge or a handle set — parts kept for the systems we fabricate — rather than a replacement sash.
