Before anything is drawn or priced, an engineer comes to the property and measures every opening. The visit is free, it is arranged within 48 hours of your request, and it commits you to nothing. What it produces is a record exact enough to draw from: sizes taken in several places, the state of the walls and fixings, the way the elevation faces the sun and the route the finished frames will travel to reach the room.

Name and phone are enough. We call back to agree a time — the engineer comes within 48 hours. We reply within 15 minutes during working hours, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00.
Questions about the measurement
Yes. The visit costs nothing and does not oblige you to order. It exists because a price given without it is a guess: photographs show what the window looks like, not whether the opening is square or what the frame will be fixed into.
From photos and rough sizes we can give a first orientation and answer questions — send them in WhatsApp. The price you can plan a budget on comes after the measurement, because only on site can the engineer see the wall, the fixings and the route for the frames.
Someone needs to open every room that is being glazed and answer a few questions about how the rooms are used — which sash should open where, what matters more in each room. The visit itself takes about as long as walking round the property with someone who keeps stopping to write.
Clear access to the windows, and in a tower or a gated community the name of the management office. If you already have architectural drawings or a fit-out plan, have them ready — they save questions later.
The measurements become a drawing: each opening with its sashes, the way every leaf opens, the glass, the finish and the fixing detail, together with the price. Nothing is made until you approve that drawing.
