Our own production
We are not a licensee of Schüco or of any other European systems house, and we do not describe ourselves as one. What we have is a workshop in Dubai where two different things happen: branded systems are cut, machined and assembled strictly to their manufacturer's specification, and separately we build our own line of aluminium windows, which appears under its own name in the quote. Everything downstream of that — the survey, the drawing, the glazing, the fitting and the service call two years later — stays with the same company. That is the whole argument for owning the benches instead of forwarding your order to somebody else's.

In-house production
Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.

Room measurement
After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.

Delivery of products
We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.

Installation on site
A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.

Guarantee
The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.

Service
Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

Frequently asked questions
No. We fabricate Schüco and other branded systems to their manufacturers' specifications, which is a different thing from holding a licence, and we would rather say that here than let a logo imply it. It matters because the claim is easy to make and hard for a buyer to check: if any supplier in this market tells you they are a systems house's licensed fabricator, ask to see the paper. What we can show instead is the workshop, the benches and the systems we hold parts for.
By what stands behind the profile. A systems house sells a drawn family — sections, gaskets, hardware and details developed and tested together, with a catalogue and a European support chain behind them, which is what a specification is buying when it names one. Our own line is aluminium windows we design and build here for ordinary UAE openings, on the same benches and to the same standard of workmanship, without that catalogue. Both are honest products at different prices, and the quote always names which one you are being offered.
On the parts that normally cause the waiting, yes. A standard size does not sit on a vessel, a mistaken dimension is remade at the bench instead of reordered from Europe, and a non-rectangular opening is a drawing question here rather than a negotiation with a factory in another time zone. What owning a workshop does not shorten is the honest part of the schedule — survey, approval, structural calculation, glass — so a straightforward order still runs three to five weeks from the approved drawing.
The same company comes back, which is the quiet reason this page exists. Hardware for the systems we fit is held rather than ordered, a damaged sash or a bent section can be remade to the original drawing because the drawing is ours, and the crew that arrives is the crew that installed it. Where a branded part genuinely has to come from the manufacturer we will tell you that and give you the timescale, instead of finding out for you after the fact.
