Garden room at a villa
Thermal-break frames and solar-control glass
A Spanish systems house from Padrón in Galicia that extrudes its own aluminium instead of buying billet in. That vertical integration is what you feel in the catalogue: sliding, casement and curtain-wall ranges drawn as one family, with sections, gaskets and hardware meant to work together across the elevation. In the UAE it earns its keep on the wide glass — big sliding doors onto the terrace and living-room walls that lesser sections have to break up with an extra mullion. We fabricate Cortizo profiles to the manufacturer's specification in our Dubai factory and install them ourselves.
Three contours of EPDM seals keep the glass off the aluminium and close the gap between sash and frame, so dust, humid salt air and wind-driven rain stay outside.

Foamed inserts fill the profile chambers and stop air circulating inside them, so less outside heat and street noise passes through the frame into the cooled room.

Glass-filled polyamide thermal breaks up to 40 mm wide keep the outer and inner shells apart, so the frame holds its shape and its insulation through a UAE summer.

Double glazing up to 60 mm thick puts a sealed gap of still air or gas between the hot street and the cooled room, so less heat crosses the glass into the room.

The Cortizo range, grouped by what each series is for. Figures are the manufacturer's published data, and each card links to its source. Which series fits your opening is settled at the free survey.
Casement, tilt-and-turn and fixed windows. The series differ in profile depth, the thickest glass they take and how much heat the frame lets through.
All window typesWindow · turn · tilt and turn
Thermally broken aluminium casement system with a 60 mm frame, for inward- and outward-opening windows and balcony doors.
Window · side-hung · tilt & turn
70 mm thermally broken casement system for windows, doors and balcony doors, made with a visible or a semi-visible sash.
Window · side-hung · tilt and turn
80 mm casement system with a 45 mm polyamide thermal break, for windows and balcony doors where higher insulation is needed.
Entrance, terrace and balcony doors. What sets the series apart is how heavy a leaf they carry, the threshold and the locking options.
All door typesDoor · side-hung inward · side-hung outward
70 mm coplanar aluminium entrance door system, opening inward or outward, with options for concealed hinges and automatic operation.
Sliding and lift-and-slide doors for wide openings onto a terrace or pool. The series differ in panel weight, the width of the meeting stile and the threshold height.
Sliding doorsSliding · pocket (galandage) · 90° corner without mullion
Thermally broken sliding window with a 34 mm thermal break and an integrated multipoint-lock handle; single, double or triple track, with pocket (galandage) and 90° corner options.
Sliding · pocket system · 90° corner without mullion
Minimal thermally broken sliding system with a narrow central junction and a frame that can be concealed around the perimeter; one to three tracks.
Sliding · pocket system (galandage) · 90° corner without mullion
Minimal sliding system for very large glass doors, manual or motorised, with frames embedded around the perimeter and a track that can be set flush with the floor.
Sliding · lift-and-slide · 90° corner without mullion
Insulated lift-and-slide door system with an 80 mm sash for large openings, on one to four tracks, including a 90° corner opening without a post.
Bi-fold doors that stack the panels to one side and open the whole wall.
Bi-fold doorsFolding
Aluminium folding door system with a 73 mm frame; from 1 to 14 leaves fold back to open the aperture, inward or outward.
Curtain walling and structural glazing for villas, offices and retail. On a facade the series is chosen by span, wind load and how the glass is held.
Curtain wall glazingFacade · fixed · top-hung (outward)
Stick curtain wall with 52 mm mullions and transoms; glass is held by a pressure profile under a cover cap, with top-hung, parallel or tilt-and-turn vents.
Values are the manufacturer's published figures for the series; the actual value depends on the configuration — glass, size and hardware.

Our company manufactures aluminium structures with subsequent installation at the glazing site.
Powder coating in any shade of the RAL palette; the colour is confirmed against a physical sample at the survey.
Anodising builds an oxide layer on the profile itself, so the colour belongs to the metal rather than to a film on top of it and cannot peel.
Wood-grain and stone-effect finishes are transferred onto the powder coating. The profile keeps the strength of aluminium and never needs repainting.
