C77K opens inward, tilts for airing and takes bottom-hung vents and fanlights. We fabricate AluK profiles to the manufacturer's specification in our Dubai factory and install them ourselves.
Large sashes in villas and penthouses
The series earns its place where a room wants fewer, bigger sashes: a living room onto the garden, a master bedroom with a view, a penthouse wall where each mullion cuts the skyline. A sash up to 1500 mm wide and 2600 mm tall, weighing up to 150 kg, lets the opening be divided less. The sash stays visible, so the window reads as a classic casement.
C77K is drawn for renovation as well as new builds, which matters in older villas where frames are replaced inside finished walls. The survey records the existing opening and the new frame is sized to it.
What 1.19 and 0.88 W/m²K mean with the air conditioning on
Uw describes the whole window, frame and glass together. With double glazing C77K is published at 1.19 W/m²K, with triple glazing at 0.88 W/m²K. In a Dubai summer heat flows inward for months, so a lower Uw means less load on the air conditioning in rooms cooled around the clock.
On sunny elevations the solar-control coating on the glass does a large share of the work, and the glazing pocket of up to 62 mm leaves room for it together with laminated acoustic glass. Dust and salt are handled by detail: gaskets compressed evenly on every sash and a finish chosen for coastal air near the sea.
How C77K differs from C67K and 62TTE
C67K covers smaller sashes, up to 1300 mm wide and 2500 mm tall, with glazing from 24 to 62 mm and three insulation levels. 62TTE opens outward and takes glazing of 20–26 mm. C77K is the one to choose when the sash size or published double- and triple-glazing Uw values decide the specification.
Choose C77K when the windows are large, open inward and the energy figures have to be on paper.
