GUTMANN systems in the UAE come from Gutmann Middle East LLC, based in Dubai Investments Park. Its published range runs from hinged windows and doors through sliding, lift-and-slide and fold-and-slide doors to curtain walls — stick, semi-unitised and unitised — and a glass railing, so one family of profiles can carry a villa or a low-rise building from the entrance to the facade. We name the exact series in the drawing, fabricate the profiles to the manufacturer's specification in our Dubai factory and fit them with our own crews.

Powder coating in any shade of the RAL palette; the colour is confirmed against a physical sample at the survey.
Anodising builds an oxide layer on the profile itself, so the colour belongs to the metal rather than to a film on top of it and cannot peel.
Wood-grain and stone-effect finishes are transferred onto the powder coating. The profile keeps the strength of aluminium and never needs repainting.

Gutmann Middle East LLC, based in Dubai Investments Park 2. Its website, gutmann.ae, lists the systems it offers: GWD windows and doors, SC89, SC115 and Vision One sliders, GLS lift-and-slide and GFS fold-and-slide doors, F- and EF-series curtain walls and the GL21 glass railing. The figures on this page are taken from those system pages, and the drawing names the exact series we fit.
It depends on the width and on how the opening should move. For large, heavy panels onto a pool or a garden the lift-and-slide doors (GLS 125, GLS 180) are the usual type; where the whole wall should open, the GFS fold-and-slide stacks the leaves to one side; for a thin frame line there is the Horizon minimal slider. We settle the choice at the survey against the size, the wind exposure and the glass each panel has to carry.
Yes. Next to the windows and doors the range has stick curtain walls (F35 slim, F50/F60 and a staggered version), a semi-unitised system (F80 CS) and unitised ones (EF 68/EF 68+ and a unitised curtain wall). On a villa or a low-rise building that lets the entrance, the windows and the glazed wall share one family; on a tower the facade system is chosen by the engineer's wind-load and movement calculation first.
No, and we are careful with that word. No systems house has licensed us, and we never let a quote imply otherwise. The profiles, gaskets and hardware come through the supplier, and everything after that — cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, fitting — is done by us in Dubai to the manufacturer's specification. We also build our own aluminium windows here, which is a separate line at a separate price, and every quote states plainly which of the two it is pricing.
