Warranty
Two warranties usually mean two companies blaming each other; here they both belong to us. The structures we fabricate and the installation our crews carry out are covered under the same contract, so dust or water getting in, a sticking sash or a failed seal is our problem to diagnose rather than yours to allocate. The written terms come with the contract before fabrication starts — not as a surprise handed over on the last day.

Frequently asked questions
Contact us with the address and photographs of what is happening, and say when it started. Your file holds the drawing and the installation report, so in most cases we can tell before the visit whether this is an adjustment, a gasket or a glazing unit — which decides what the technician brings with him.
On top of our own warranty on fabrication and installation, the profile system itself carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system chosen. That covers the aluminium profile, not the whole window: glazing units, hardware and the fitting sit under our warranty, and its written terms come with the contract before fabrication starts.
Condensation between the panes means the sealed unit has failed, and that is a warranty matter. Condensation on the outside of the glass or on the room side is a different thing entirely: humid outdoor air meeting glass cooled by the air conditioning, or steam indoors with too little ventilation. Replacing the unit will not stop it, so we look at the cause before touching the glass.
It affects what is fair to claim. Hardware and gaskets in this climate need cleaning: sand collects in the drainage channels and along the seal line, and a sash that has been grinding against grit for a season is wear rather than a defect. Rinsing the frames and clearing the drainage keeps both the window and the cover intact.
Then the first diagnosis was wrong, and we treat it as one case rather than a series of visits. A repeated fault gets a different engineer, and where a component keeps failing it is replaced instead of adjusted again.
