Partners and trade
Trade work is a different job from a single villa: the drawing has to survive a consultant's review, the deliveries have to fit a site programme, and the paperwork matters as much as the profile. We take glazing packages for developers, main contractors, fit-out companies and design studios, starting either from tender documents or from a specification we help write. Because both the fabrication and the installation are ours, one schedule covers manufacture and fitting instead of two suppliers pointing at each other across a site meeting.

Yes, and we read them before quoting rather than after. If a clause cannot be met with the system proposed we say so at tender stage and offer an alternative with the reasoning attached, which is far cheaper for everyone than discovering it during shop-drawing approval.
That is the normal arrangement on volume work. Units are released by phase — floor by floor in a tower, plot by plot on a villa community — and held in our own storage between drops, so one delayed floor does not fill your site with crated glazing.
Designers usually need the opposite of a tender pack: sightlines, finishes and opening behaviour early, while dimensions are still moving. At that stage we work from elevations and mood boards, supply profile sections and RAL samples for client presentations, and only turn it into a costed drawing once the concept has settled.
Through the same drawing that started the package. A variation is priced against the approved shop drawing and re-issued for approval, so the fabrication file, the site copy and the invoice never end up describing different windows.
