REHAU presents SYNEGO in its SYNEGO SLIDE brochure as the base system of the family. Whether this series can be supplied for a UAE project is something we confirm order by order. When a project calls for SYNEGO, we fabricate the profiles to the manufacturer's specification in our Dubai factory and install them ourselves.
Where SYNEGO fits
Villas and apartments where security and noise both matter: ground-floor bedrooms, windows onto a garden or a lane, balcony and patio doors. Burglar resistance up to RC 3 is the highest class published among the REHAU series on our list, and it suits ground-floor openings that are out of sight from the street.
What the figures mean in the UAE
Watertightness up to 9A matters in the UAE less for the length of the rain season than for its violence: a storm that throws rain sideways at an elevation tests the lower sash seals. Uf up to 0.94 W/(m²K) describes a frame that passes very little heat; in summer the glass and its coating decide how much sun gets into the room.
Up to Rw 47 dB is a laboratory value for the system. In a flat the result depends on the glass build-up and on how well the gap between frame and wall is sealed, so we specify both, not just the profile.
SYNEGO and its neighbours
ARTEVO shares the 80 mm depth and publishes Uf up to 0.97 W/(m²K) and up to Rw 48 dB, with panes up to 56 mm, or 72 mm with the flush sash. EURO-DESIGN 70 is the 70 mm five-chamber system in a hot-climate formulation. For sliding, the family continues as SYNEGO SLIDE and the SYNEGO lift-and-slide doors.
SYNEGO is the REHAU choice where a uPVC window has to add security and watertightness to quiet and insulation.
