Advantages of working with us

  • In-house production

    Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.

  • Room measurement

    After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.

  • Delivery of products

    We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.

  • Installation on site

    A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.

  • Guarantee

    The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.

  • Service

    Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

Frequently asked questions

Aluminium, for anything large. It carries wide panes and tower wind loads on a slim section, stays dimensionally stable through a summer with a 46°C design temperature and peaks above 50°C, and takes anodising, which is what you want near salt air. uPVC insulates well and costs less, but the sections are bulkier and the spans smaller, so it belongs on ordinary-sized openings rather than floor-to-ceiling glass. That is why our list runs both ways: mostly aluminium, with uPVC names such as Deceuninck and REHAU for the openings where it earns its place.

Yes, and on villas it is common — one system for the big sliding doors, a simpler one for bathrooms, stores and staff rooms. Two things have to be held together: the finish, so the colour matches across the elevation, and the hardware, so service later does not need two sets of spares. Which system sits in which opening is written on the drawing before you approve it.

Tell us and we will price it. The question is never the name but whether the system is supported here — profile supply, gaskets, hardware and spares available in the UAE, and what the lead time becomes if they are not. If a system has no regional supply we will say so plainly and put the nearest equivalent from our list next to it in the quote.

We are not a Schüco licensee, and we do not claim to be — we fabricate branded systems to their manufacturers' specifications and we also build our own aluminium windows in our Dubai factory. Own production means standard sizes do not wait on a shipment, a mistaken dimension is remade here rather than reordered from Europe, and a straightforward order runs three to five weeks from the approved drawing.
