What stays visible is the thin line where two sashes meet. We fabricate AluK profiles to the manufacturer's specification in our Dubai factory and install them ourselves.
Views over the sea, the golf course or the pool
INFINEO is chosen for the room where the view is the point: a living room facing the water, a penthouse above the city, a villa opening onto a pool. The marble sill option lets the threshold continue the stone floor that many UAE villas already have, so the line between inside and outside almost disappears.
What the figures mean in the UAE climate
Sashes up to 3000 × 3000 mm and 450 kg mean a glass wall can be closed with very few panes. The glazing pocket, however, goes up to 32 mm. That is enough for a double-glazed unit with a solar-control coating and laminated panes, which is what a sun-facing glass wall in Dubai needs first; it leaves no room for thicker acoustic or triple builds.
A concealed frame also hides the track, so the drained sill and access for cleaning the running gear are planned before the floor is finished.
INFINEO S146LM or SC156TT
SC156TT keeps a visible frame and a 50 mm interlock but takes glazing up to 50 mm, publishes Uw 0.9 W/m²K with triple glazing and watertightness E1500. INFINEO gives up glass thickness for sightlines. For a sea view on a lower floor that trade usually works; for an exposed high-floor elevation SC156TT is the safer engineering choice.
INFINEO S146LM is for large sliding glass where the frame should disappear and the glass build-up can stay within 32 mm.
