An all-glass corner is two panes meeting on a mitred edge with nothing between them but a silicone line, and that line matters less than people assume. It keeps weather out, and that is the whole of its job. Each pane still carries its own weight down onto the support beneath it and still hands wind into the member above, so the element the detail really depends on is the one spanning over the corner — the only place on the elevation with no column under it. Everything else follows from having taken the post away. There is no cover strip to hide an error in, so the setting out begins at the corner instead of finishing there, and a single pane can no longer be ordered on its own.
Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.
After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.
We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.
A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.
The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.
Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

The honest downside
A glass corner lets the sun in from two directions at once. On a west or south corner that means heat and glare across both faces through the afternoon, and more work for the air conditioning than the room's size suggests. Blinds do not turn a mitre neatly either: they stop at each pane and leave the corner bare, just where the light is strongest.
It asks more of the building too. The member over the corner has to span without a post, which in an existing villa often means new structure rather than a new window, and a cracked pane usually means a new matched pair.
Where the corner faces the afternoon sun or the structure was never designed to span it, a corner window with a slim post gives nearly the same view and is far easier to seal, shade and maintain. The mitre earns its place where the view is the reason for the room.
