JVC is recent building and mostly let, and both facts change how a job gets planned. The person paying is often not the person living there, so the calendar comes from the tenancy rather than from a family — the gap between one tenant handing back the keys and the next arriving is the window we are really working to. The buildings are young enough that frames are rarely worn out; what brings us in is a seal that has gone hard, hardware that was set at handover and never touched since, or dust arriving on a unit that looks out over open ground. Layouts repeat floor after floor, so once one flat has been surveyed properly the rest confirm it instead of surprising us.

In-house production
Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.

After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.

We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.

A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.

The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.

Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

Frequently asked questions
Because what keeps dust out is rubber, and rubber ages faster than the aluminium around it. A seal baked through a few summers loses its spring, stops filling the gap when the sash closes, and lets fine sand through on a windy day. Hardware matters just as much: a sash that was set at handover and never adjusted stops pressing evenly along its length, so one corner seals and the opposite one does not. Both are fixable without replacing the window, and the survey tells you which of the two you are dealing with.
That is how most of our JVC work is scheduled, and the only thing it demands is ordering early. Manufacturing runs three to five weeks from the signed drawing, so the decision has to be taken while the outgoing tenant is still in the flat, not on the day the keys come back. Once the frames exist, a unit of this size is a matter of days on site, and it is handed over cleaned rather than as a mess for the agent to tidy before a viewing.
We survey one flat of each layout in full and then check the others against it, which is quick because these buildings genuinely repeat. It stays a check rather than an assumption: openings are not identical just because the drawings were, and a balcony door on a corner unit is not the same as the one in the middle of the elevation. What the repetition saves you is time, not accuracy.
It depends on what the tenant complains about. If the unit faces open ground and the afternoon sun, better glazing shows up on the electricity bill the tenant pays and on how long they choose to stay, and that is a real argument for a landlord. If the flat is shaded and the only issue is dust, new seals and an adjustment do the job for a fraction of the outlay — and we would rather say so at the survey than quote you a full replacement.
