Our factory sits in the same emirate, so a profile that has to be remade goes back on site without an import wait. Everything after that — survey, drawing, approval file — runs the same way in both.

Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.

After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.

Delivery of products
We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.

Installation on site
A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.

Guarantee
The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.

Service
Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

Frequently asked questions
The owners' association or the building management, and their list is fairly consistent: a no-objection certificate, a method statement with a risk assessment, our trade licence, the names of the crew going upstairs, and the hours during which noisy work is allowed. Villa communities ask for something different — the design code usually fixes the external colour and the sightlines, so the elevation still reads as one street. We put that file together while the drawing is being finalised.
In a tower, most of it can. Inward-opening and tilt-and-turn sashes are specified here so often precisely because the frame, the seals and the glass unit can all be reached from inside the room. Where the detail genuinely needs someone on the outside — an external bead, a capping, a sealant line — our own rope access team does it rather than a hired cradle.
It changes what happens when something has to be redone. A profile cut to a corrected size, a replacement glass unit after site damage, an extra sash found during the survey — all of that is made in the same city and driven over, instead of joining the next import container. It also means the finish and the hardware can be seen in the flesh before the drawing is signed.
Yes, and most of our tower work is exactly that. The flat is done opening by opening: one window comes out, the new one goes in and is sealed, and the room is cleaned before the crew leaves. Furniture is sheeted, the route from the lift is protected, and the air conditioning stays running because the envelope is closed again before the crew goes.
