The capital runs its own approval route, and the file that clears a job in Dubai is not the file the authorities here ask to see. The work itself leans towards large family villas, apartments along the Corniche and fit-out packages for institutional tenants, where the specification has to be documented on paper rather than agreed on site. Fabrication still happens in our Dubai factory and comes down as one planned delivery. The drive changes the logistics of the day, not the dates in the quote.

Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.

After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.

Delivery of products
We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.

Installation on site
A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.

Guarantee
The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.

Service
Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

Frequently asked questions
It is a different route rather than a slower one, and how long it takes depends almost entirely on whether the submitted file is complete. We start it in parallel with the drawing instead of waiting for the drawing to be signed first, so the two run alongside each other. What we will not do is promise a date that belongs to a third party — the manufacturing clock is ours and it is stated; the approval clock is not.
Yes. For contract work we issue shop drawings and material submittals for approval, build to the main contractor's programme rather than our own, and keep repeated opening types numbered so a floor can be checked type by type. Phased packages get a delivery date per phase in writing.
Anything within reach of the water gets the coastal specification: anodising or a marine-grade powder coat, stainless fixings and hardware, and a frame that drains and vents so salt is washed out rather than held against the metal. The wind exposure on an open sea front also feeds into the structural calculation, which is why two identical-looking villas can end up with different panel splits.
The as-built drawing set with the openings numbered as they were manufactured, the system and glass unit documentation for what was actually supplied, the warranty terms for both the products and our installation, and written guidance on adjustment and cleaning. On contract work that pack goes to the main contractor as part of the closeout file.
