These blocks went up in one push and have now had long enough for the original aluminium to genuinely wear out, which puts most owners here in front of the same question: fix it or change it. It deserves an honest answer, because the two are nowhere near each other in price and the wrong choice is obvious a year later. A dropped sash, a handle that spins, a flat-spotted roller and a seal that has gone hard are all repairs — the frame around them is usually sound. A track worn through by grit, a frame with no thermal break behind a machine that runs all summer, or corrosion where the fixings sit, are not.

Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.

After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.

We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.

Installation on site
A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.

Guarantee
The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.

Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

Frequently asked questions
By looking at what has failed rather than at how old the window is. Everything that wears out in normal use — handles, hinges, rollers, gaskets, the sealed glass unit — is a part, and parts are changed with the frame left in the wall. Everything built into the window when it was made — the shape of the track, whether there is a thermal break in the profile, how many sealing contours it has — cannot be added later, and if that is what is failing you, no amount of servicing gets you there. Our surveyor separates the two lists in front of you and prices both where it is close.
No. That haze means the sealed unit has lost its seal and the space between the panes is now breathing damp air; the frame, the hardware and the opening are all irrelevant to it. The unit is measured, remade to the same size and swapped into the existing beading, which is a day's work at most. The only things that change the answer are a frame whose beads have gone brittle or a rebate that has corroded — both visible at the survey, and both reasons to talk about the window rather than about the glass.
Into the flats where the fault is costing you money, not the ones where it is most visible. In practice that means the units that face the sun and run their cooling hardest, and the ones where dust is getting in, because those are the two things a tenant notices, complains about and eventually leaves over. A cosmetic mark on a frame in a shaded flat can wait a year without anyone caring. We put the survey findings into that order rather than into a list of everything that could be done.
Sometimes, and we will tell you when. Fitting new gaskets to a frame that is coming out next season is money into a skip. But a repair that carries a let flat through two more tenancies while the budget is assembled is not waste, it is timing, and there is no penalty for it — nothing about a serviced frame makes the eventual replacement harder or more expensive. The line we draw is the frame itself: keep spending on parts while the frame is sound, and stop the moment the frame is the problem.
