Mid-rise residential blocks and townhouses in Ajman with aluminium window frames and glazed balconies

Windows in Ajman

Ajman is small enough to cross in a morning and is built almost entirely of mid-rise blocks and two-storey townhouses. That changes who makes the call: here it is often the owner of a whole building rather than of one flat, so the work arrives as a floor or an elevation and is staged around which flats happen to be empty. Nothing here reaches tower height, so no cradle is involved and the crews work from inside the rooms. And it is nearly always replacement — new frames going into openings a builder left decades ago, not into a fresh wall.

  • a floor at a time how work is staged
  • repeated types what we manufacture
  • no cradle needed mid-rise access

Advantages of working with us

  • In-house production

Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.

  • Room measurement

After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.

  • Delivery of products

We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.

  • Installation on site

A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.

  • Guarantee

The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.

  • Service

Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

Frequently asked questions

That is how most of it is done here. The elevation is split into stages, the empty flats are taken first while the sequence is proved, and occupied ones are booked individually — an opening is stripped, the new frame set and sealed, and the room closed again before the crew leaves. Because the same type repeats up the building, each stage runs faster than the one before it, and nobody's air conditioning is off overnight.

Yes, and it is not caution for its own sake. Blockwork, plaster thickness and the position of the old frame in the reveal drift between floors and between wings, and a window cut to the size of the flat below arrives either too tight to fix or too loose to seal. What actually repeats is the type — profile, opening direction, glass unit, hardware — and that is what gets grouped into one production run. The dimensions stay individual.

They leave the site as scrap metal rather than as building rubble. Aluminium can be melted and rolled again without losing its properties, which is the same reason it survives on a facade in this climate, so the stripped profiles go to a recycler. The sealed glass units travel separately — frame and unit are not the same material stream, and mixing them wastes both.

Rarely. In rented flats the brief is durability and easy adjustment, because the sashes are handled by whoever is living there this year. A townhouse ground floor usually wants a wider opening onto its own yard, which becomes a sliding door with laminated glass rather than a casement, while the upper floor keeps ordinary sashes. Both are drawn as one set so the external colour and the sightlines still match across the plot.
