Glazing design
Before anything is cut, someone has to decide what goes where: which openings take which system, how the glass changes between the west elevation and the north, how frames meet the block work, and what the site will actually be handed to build from. That is the design stage, and we sell it on its own — including for projects that somebody else will build. It ends with a drawing set, a glass and finish schedule, and a specification a contractor can price.

In-house production
Windows, doors and glazed structures are made at our own factory in the UAE. Manufacturing takes 3–5 weeks from the survey, and the dates are written into the contract.

Room measurement
After a free consultation, an engineer comes to measure within 48 hours and answers the technical questions on site — openings, profile, glass and hardware.

Delivery of products
We deliver with our own transport across Dubai and all Emirates, and the installation date is agreed in advance so the crew arrives with the finished units.

Installation on site
A "clean" installation is carried out – all construction debris is removed, and dust and dirt are cleaned. Work can be conducted with or without your presence. The date and time are discussed individually.

Guarantee
The structures we make and the installation our crews carry out are covered by one warranty under one contract. The profile system also carries the manufacturer's warranty — up to 20 years, depending on the system.

Service
Warranty cases are handled by the same crews that did the installation: send the address and photos, and in most cases we can say before the visit whether it is an adjustment, a gasket or a glass unit.

A drawing set — elevations with every opening numbered, plans, and section details through each junction — together with a glass and finish schedule and a written specification. It is enough for a contractor to price the work properly and for a factory to build from without inventing anything, which is the whole point of paying for the stage.
Yes. The set is written so it can go out to tender, and we are content to be one of the parties who prices it or not to bid at all. If you would like a second pair of eyes afterwards, we will review the shop drawings that come back from whoever is appointed and mark up where they have drifted from the specification.
Earlier than most people expect — before the block work is set out and well before floor finishes are chosen. Flush thresholds, pocket walls for sliding panels, structural fixings and the depth of reveals all have to exist in the builder's drawings. Retrofitting them into a finished shell is where the arguments and the money go.
It moves the money to where it does something. Solar control is concentrated on the elevations that face the sun and left out where it earns nothing; opening sizes are standardised so the factory repeats rather than improvises; sizes are fixed before the openings are formed instead of after. The design fee is generally the smaller number on that page.
